Augustae Vindelicorum, Impensis Jeremiae Wolffii, techniopolae, 1719. Book. Good+. Hardcover. Two volumes in one. Text in Latin and German. Wood cover bound in leather, fastened on two clips, one is missing, five raised bands on spine. All edges are red. Front and rear leather panels with engraved emblems, cover is rubbed and wear, corners and top spine end are chipped. Hinge is intact. Include 5 unnumbered copperplates - the first of them is author's portrait - and 218 full page engravings also made in the copperplate technique: Vol I with 100 and Vol II with 118 numbered plates. 672 pages in total. This book was the property of a painter and illustrator, hence small spot on front cover and spots on first title page. Small dampstein on first five pages (top), next in volume two on the final pages (bottom after top). Slightly browning and spotting on internal edges; dozen little tears on bottom, some of them are fixed; chipped small piece of paper in V2 between Figure 53 and 54, plates are intact. Complete book making impression, containing drawings from the subject of geometry, architecture, mathematics..
